Remembering the Art of Herbalism

I started THE WOOED in 2022, after hitting peak burnout from nearly 20 years of chronic stress. It felt like my body and mind had given up on me, bringing intense feelings of overwhelm, defeat and confusion as I struggled to regain balance in my life holistically.

My healing journey led me to studying naturopathy, homeopathy and eventually herbalism, which felt like a huge returning home - as a woman, as a student, as an inhabitant of Earth - this fundamental connection to the natural world opened my mind and heart. Finally, healing began taking place.

I worked closely with Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese herbs to nourish and rebalance my depleted nervous system, strengthen my physical body and revitalise my mind. Eventually formulating our Seize The Day Capsules to contain the 5 key herbs instrumental in mine, and many others recovery. From here, THE WOOED was born.

Now, my passion lies in helping others reconnect to their vitality through the healing power of plants. Sourcing only the finest quality, organic botanicals to create potent medicinal tonics for body, mind and spirit.
