Love this tool! I bought this and the gua shua, and find this helps circulation - when I remember to do this pre shower. Hopefully I can get into a better routine and do this everyday but for now it’s everyfew days and I find it does help.

This is such a great shape, easy to use. Long the bigger size and handle and the wood. I have started doing gua shua postpartum and have found it help the aches and pains. I was using a face Gua shua before this on my legs and it was so hard this is much better!
