This dry body brush is one of the best I’ve used - I started dry body brushing when I was a teenage cause my mum always swore by it. When I feel my body holding fluid I always up the ante with the body brushing. This brush is beautiful as it’s 100% natural. It’s the perfect hardness to get a really invigorated feeling in less time.
Ok i'm in LOVE with this stuff! I've used different ashwagandah supplements before but never really noticed much. My yoga teacher put me onto these when she could see I was burnt out. Within a few days I started to notice a difference. More energy more focus and lifes stres seems to effect me less. I absolutely love the glass jar they come in too - i've been trying to remove as much plastic from my life as possible so it was nice to see a glass container for once
I use Gua Sha to stimulate my lymphatic system when i'm in the infrared sauna. I was using a random one I got off Amazon but it was flimsy and i'm not sure what it was made of (plastic?). I upgraded to this one recently and it so much better! Feels much easier to use, handle is perfect, and I love the beautiful smooth timber design. Already seeing noticeable differences in my skin and energy with daily use
My partner bought this oil and I borrowed some after noticing it had no synthetic ingredients. Well, I loved it so much that I threw my other moisturiser away (which is full of suspect chemicals) and can’t live without this stuff now! Love how I can use it on my hair, face and body, and I’m never going back to the mainstream stuff.
