Led by Fletcher Nugent, this practise is designed to connect you to your soul by letting go of 2025, clearing the lingering noise and moving into a heart centred state of being to welcome in your best 2026.
Fletcher is a teacher and healer, wise beyond this lifetime. He has spent many years facilitating traditional Hatha and Kundalini yoga while studying soul-level healing with his spiritual teacher.
He now weaves together transformative breathwork, somatic release, and guided meditation with soul-healing techniques, and is dedicated to helping others feel happier, healthier, and more empowered.
