Certified Herbalist and Naturopath
Tika Hitchcock
Certified in Naturopathy at the Endeavor school of natural health and Herbalism at the college of evolutionary herbalism, I'm dedicated to helping others reconnect with the physical and energetic healing properties that Mother Earth has to offer.
Originally from Byron Bay Australia, I grew up with a deep connection to the land and sea. My earliest memories are of time spent in the garden, learning the names and properties of plants with my matriarchs.
After nearly a decade in the fashion industry, its fast-paced nature and my misaligned energy eventually led to chronic burnout and dis-ease.
Through the challenge of regaining my health and happiness, I rediscovered the transformative power of plants and the innate wisdom that exists within us all, when we realign ourselves with the Earth.
Endlessly inspired by the beauty, intelligence, and creativity of the natural world, I also owns a creative studio in the Northern Rivers. There, I collaborate with local artists and designers to offer a space for community, creation, and expansion. With an overarching devotion to helping women regain their power and reconnect to their true essence - one of authentic expression, intuition, and vitality - I continue to inspire and support others in their journey toward wholeness.
